Material: The charm is made from Goldfilled which means that it's composed of a solid layer of gold, which must constitute at least 5% of the item's total weight, mechanically bonded to a base metal. Because of this particular process goldfilled items are long lasting and will not tarnish by normal use.
The moon face is made from buffalo bone/horn from Asia. These animals are used there in the agriculture and are not being hunted for their horns.
